Precautions for Maintenance and Safe Operation of Powder Material Transport Truck

Maintenance of Powder Tanker

1. Automobile chassis: According to the regulations of the selected automobile chassis instruction manual.

2. Air compressor: According to the air compressor manual.

3. Power take-off: Always pay attention to regularly check its lubrication and operating conditions. If there is abnormal noise, find out the cause and eliminate it in time. Check the gear seizure and wear condition once a year, and do not run at excessive speed.

4. Air circuit: Check the sealing condition frequently, and eliminate the leak in time; check the working condition of each valve frequently, repair or dismantle if it fails; the safety valve should be opened when the pressure is 0.2Mpa, and the pressure in the tank should not be increased more than 0.2Mpa.

5. Tank: Regularly check whether there is any leakage in the welding seam of the tank. If this phenomenon is found, repair welding should be carried out in time.

6. Tank body air chamber: Check the air chamber canvas frequently. If it is damp, impermeable or damaged, it should be replaced in time; check whether the air chamber bead is compacted. If there is air leakage, it will affect the unloading effect and should be eliminated in time.

Safe Operation Rules for Unloading of Powder Tanker

1. Before opening the material inlet, the pressure relief valve and the ball valve of the air inlet pipe must be opened, and the material cover should be opened after the remaining air in the tank is removed to avoid accidents.

2. Always pay attention to whether the pressure gauge is working properly, and strictly prevent the pressure gauge from malfunctioning, overpressure, and leaking of the tank body.

3. Check the safety valve frequently to ensure that the pressure is released at 0.2Mpa, and the pressure in the tank must not exceed 0.2Mpa.

4. Frequently check whether the operating table is working properly, so as not to damage the air compressor and power take-off (specifically refers to the powder tank single truck).

5. Always listen to the rotating sound of the power take-off and air compressor. If there is an abnormal noise, stop the machine immediately to eliminate the fault.

Powder tanker unloading steps

1. Before unloading, check whether the unloading butterfly valve, the external air supply interface, the exhaust valve and the two inlets are closed and tightened. If it is not tightened, tighten it first to prevent air leakage;

2. Start the engine and shift the transmission to neutral while stepping on the clutch pedal to completely separate the transmission and the engine;

3. Turn on the solenoid valve switch of the power take-off and slowly loosen the clutch pedal at the same time to make the air compressor rotate;

4. Adjust the control handle of the control mechanism, adjust the speed of the air compressor to about 900r/min, and stabilize it;

5. When the pressure reaches 0.18MPa, first open the auxiliary blowing pipe, then open the front and rear bin unloading disc valves to start unloading, after which the air compressor pointer will stabilize a certain value;

6. When the air pressure drops to 0.04Mpa, the rear bin has been unloaded, close the blowpipe, open and close the disc valve of the rear bin several times, and then close the disc valve and inlet valve of the rear bin, that is, only the front bin is discharged , after that, the pressure will rise and stabilize to a certain value;

7. When the pressure of the barometer reaches 0MPa, the unloading is completed, turn off the air compressor (turn off the power switch), and close the unloading butterfly valve.

Matters needing attention in the unloading process of powder tanker

1. Be careful not to full the powder tank when filling, and reserve some space to expand the powder;

2. Avoid mixing sundries into the tank when loading, which will block the discharge pipe and affect the discharge speed and residual rate;

3. During the third step of the unloading operation (see item 3 of the unloading step), if the air compressor makes abnormal noises, step on the clutch pedal, turn off the engine, and turn off the power take-off solenoid valve switch until the fault is eliminated;

4. When carrying out the sixth step of the unloading operation (see item 6 of the unloading step), pay special attention to the change of the pressure gauge, and the operator cannot leave the scene to avoid the case of excessive pressure;

5. The tank should be kept dry daily to avoid powder agglomeration;

6. When the car is repaired, the parts should be prevented from falling and knocking to prevent damage, deformation, bumps, scratches, etc., and the parts must be cleaned when reinstalling;

7. When the air compressor is working, avoid standing people on the side of the air compressor;

8. When speeding up, do not refuel too hard and use even force;

9. The distance between the suction port and the bottom can be adjusted, generally 30-50mm;

10. Remember not to use an external air source port for exhaust;

11. When the air compressor stops working due to other reasons during the decompression process of the air compressor, the inlet balloon valves of the front and rear chambers should be closed, and then the external air source should be turned on; after a while, the external air source will be closed and the air intake of the front and rear chambers should be turned on Ball valve;

12. Special attention: After the first unloading, the bolts and U-shaped bolts of the fulcrum must be checked and be tightened one by one; each bolt should be checked regularly in the future, if the loose one is found, it should be tightened in time.

Handling of Emergencies

1. When charging and building pressure, when the pressure in the tank is too high and the safety valve is opened, the exhaust valve can be opened to reduce pressure;

2. When water enters the tank, the water should be discharged in time through the two drain valves at the bottom of the tank. If the fluidized bed canvas gets wet, the fluidized bed canvas should be replaced in time to avoid cement agglomeration on it;

3. During the unloading process, if other abnormal conditions need to terminate the unloading, the unloading disc valve can be closed first, and then the pressure in the fluidized chamber can be unloaded by opening the exhaust valve.
